Alison is currently working in Dr. Bloodgood's office under his supervision to obtain the necessary hours needed to complete her master's degree practicum, and offers counseling to women, adolescents, and couples seeking pre-marital counseling. Alison is able to offer the opportunity to obtain counseling at the rate of $30.00 per session.

Originally from Ireland, where she worked for several years with university students, Alison is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Counseling at Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando. Alison appreciates a holistic approach to counseling and recognizes the need for the mind, body and soul to be healed in the context of relationships. Alison has a heart for those struggling with relationship issues, spiritual issues, sexual abuse, eating disorders, self-esteem and anxiety, and has done a number of presentations and seminars talking on these topics.

Alison is married and the mother of two young daughters. She brings considerable life experience and significant pastoral counseling experience to her work with patients. She is certified in the PREPARE-ENRICH Pre-Marital and Marital Counseling Program.;
